Distilled water is bottled semi locally and one distiller may be supplying several brands, so the same brand will not be the same in different parts of the country and it would be quite rare if even the same locality/ same brand didn't vary between jugs. Distillers have a maintenance cycle.
I usually use Food Loin house brand and have bought two jugs right next to each other where one was 'marginal' and the other was PERFECT. Water is a crap shoot with the odds highly in your favor.
