Hi Acmeair, I have made one of those. Its quite simple depending on the style of the particular lighter. if you get ones in the dollor store its cheap to experliment. I jsut break of the long tube and there is a wire inside it and that is where the chrage comes out. the tube was the ground for it so if you can cut theu tube real short and have the wire stick out then tha is one way to do it.
