I was making 5 ppm till lately, now I am taking 10 ppm, according to
the meter, which I got for xmas.
I should recheck the dosage levels, to get a more accurate idea of what
I'm shooting for.

Just for peace of mind, what kind of CS are you using? Do you know
approximately the ppm?
Any time you're comparing intake with somebody else's protocol, you
must factor in the difference in concentration between products.
