Hi, all,
Here an easy way to make sipp work in background mode in crontab.
Do nothing modification in the code. just declare the terminal type as vt100
before launching your sipp command in the .sh scripts.
It runs well under fedora 3 linux in my experience, both the signaling and
audio replay.
i.e. in auto_run.sh, you have:
#! /bin/sh
export TERM=vt100
sipp -m 1 -sn uac 127.0.0.1 -bg < /dev/null >& /dev/null
crontab -e
0 10 20 2 * auto_run.sh
