Just wanted to give you a heads up. I'm working on some fairly
significant changes to the RAID code.
I'm working on:
- using mdadm to collect the RAID info, and store it in the
autoinstallscript.conf file (si_prepareclient, Common.pm)
- re-creating arrays in auto-install scripts (Server.pm)
- creating an /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf file to match the arrays
(Server.pm)
I may make some changes that remove or significantly modify code that
you've worked on. This is in no way a reflection on the quality of your
code, just that it's moving in a different direction.
When I make my commit, I'd also like you to review it and test it, if
you could. And certainly if I removed an important piece that should
still be there, please feel free to put it back.
Also, I intend to no longer reference or re-create /etc/raidtab as it is
now deprecated.
