Hi Mark: I totally agree with you regarding the warnings. They could be pretty daunting to a first time user as they do not have any idea what is the "correct" behaviour and what is "incorrect". So trying to eliminate all those false warnings could go a long way in enhancing the user experience.
It would be great however if you could perhaps note all these issues down and file them as bugs in the bug tracker. This way we can address them as time permits.
