Sure. Basically, my plan is:
* accomplish items in the TODO
* let 3.7.x stabilize
* release
If there are items in the TODO that the team thinks we should omit for
3.8, then we can discuss those, and potentially eliminate them. I don't
have a specific timeframe in mind.
