which version of systemimager are you using? I've tried with the latest
version in the trunk and it seems to work perfectly... maybe are you
using 3.8.0? In this case we should try with 3.8.1 that has cpio initrds
support. Moving /linuxrc to /init only doesn't resolve, it needs some
little additional tricks to switch from initramfs to tmpfs...
