It adds a new option '--nocheck' to systemconfigurator which will not check the configuration file prior to execution. By default checking is enforce (this is for your own good ;-) ). The only time when I would recommend having this option on is when running the included perl tests, which I need to modify all of them to add the '--nocheck' flag. Comments?
