Just as additional info since I am coming into this thread a bit late.... The DEVICES used when imaging are different then the DEVICES used once you reboot. I had this issue on one of my compaq servers. If you would liek to know the miscdevices I used to finally get it to work send me an email directly and I Will forwar dyou my master script as well as the fstab information after reboot.
