Using the --clients-file option I made some progress here. I installed this from RPM, so I'm kind of confused why it's trying to use ssh at all for this install. Does the ssh have to be enabled and compiled for this sort of pushing updates work or is there a no-ssh flag I can set? We auth via rsa keys so there is no password failure to worry about.

I guess the next step is to download the source and compile with ssh...

I'm really open to suggestions here, anyone?
