I need more details... can you post your autoinstallscript.conf and the autoinstall script you're using? Moreover I'd need also your kernel boot options (usually in /etc/systemimager/pxelinux.cfg/syslinux.cfg if you're using network boot and you've not manually customized the files in /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/).
