I would suggest to use the vanilla debs, available from here:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=259&package_id=37046&release_id=530768

Unfortunately we're not able to release the deb for the boot-x86_64-standard.
You can build it from source (use a simple "make deb") or try UYOK
(http://wiki.systemimager.org/index.php/UYOK).

The versions included in Ubuntu/Debian are quite old (we're still looking for an
active Debian maintainer).
