Pasting the image log maybe a problem since /var/log/systemimager/rsyncd on the image server is the only log written to, it only has details in it to do with rsyncing data to the host I'm deploying to. The host I'm deploying to shows the error on screen whilst its trying to partition the disk. The last error it gives before it fails, and you'll have to bear with me here as I'm no longer in the location the servers are, but it was something like the value 196 being invalid and the partition does not end on a cylinder boundary. Sorry but when I get back into work on Tuesday I'll be able to go through the install again and I'll write down the error.

That message is usually a non-issue. At least when I run fdisk on a system imaged by SystemImager, it says that, but my client works perfectly fine.
