You got the error when you boot the UYOK kernel right?  It would be
more helpful if you can post the full log.

Can you also post the file contents of /tftpboot specifying which are
the kernel/initrd that you copied.  Please also post the contents of
the file /tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default.
