Hi Joe: In order to help troubleshoot the issue, you need to provide us with more information about your environment. Which version of SystemImager are you using? 32-bit or 64-bit? Is your Image Server 32-bit or 64-bit? Is your image/golden client 32-bit or 64-bit? Is the client you are trying to image 32-bit or 64-bit? What OS is the image server running? Are you using BOEL or UYOK kernel?
