Your best bet is to build the correct systemimager-boot-amd64-standard debian package and use that instead. If you do build it, please send me a copy so that I can upload it to SourceForge. P.S. Have you considered using 4.1.6 instead? That version has the systemimager-boot-amd64-standard debian package.
