Can you please post the exact error message you got? How big is your image? And you are using the rsync transport (default) correct? You did mention you're getting rsync errors but the BItTorrent transport also uses rsync for some portion of the installation. Also, please post the version of SystemImager you're using and the distro/version or your image server.
