Hi,

to be sure, you have to look through the rsync output and read the more
detailed error description there.

But in my experience this is most of the time just a issue with extended
attributes. I guess you have selinux enabled and system imager was just
not able to transfer all the tags selinux adds to files.
This is not a big problem, as you may always retag your system according
to your policies...
