You're right DongInn, I've enabled kernel-3.7.5, unfortunately, I have a kernel
panic early after booting. I didn't had time to investigate lately as I'm busy
with oscar for centos-6, but I'm also forced to check this problem in order to
test oscar. hopefully, I'll finish build testing today and will then
concentrate on systemimager.

I just hope that this crash does not come from the fact that udev is too old.
I've tryed to build newer udev, unfortunately, the newer udev fails to build on
centos-6 environment as it requires kernel headers from a kernel newer than the
one present in centos-6. In order to fix this build, a big patch is required
IMHO. many files try to include standard includes that itselves include
/usr/include/linux/asm stuffs and I don't know how to tell to those standard
system includes to use the ../kernel-3.5.7/include instead... (I didn't find
any #ifdef __KERNEL__ trick in them..

Stay tuned :-)

Best regards,

Olivier.

Objet : [sisuite-users] Kernel-3.5.* support

Hi,

Is there any chance to support kernel-3.5.* or such sometime soon?
It seems that it could not boot up even with uyok. Any suggestions would be
really appreciated.

Regards,
