Hi KDE stores most of the configurations in $HOME/.kde/share/apps/$APPNAME/ so for konq that would be $HOME/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/* All settings are in plain text No gconf madness ;-) However, the cache (web cache) is in $HOME/.kde/cache/* or probably $HOME/.kde/cache-$HOSTNAME/* > > If nobody can answer this, I'll have to stick to Ubuntu and give up on > Kubuntu (and KDE)...};-) Do give KDE, as installed on the HDD a try. I found kubuntu liveCD not so good. Knoppix is far better (as a KDE desktop) Regards Anand > > Regards, > Kam Yung _______________________________________________ Slugnet mailing list Slugnet@lugs.org.sg http://www.lugs.org.sg/mailman/listinfo/slugnet
