Update the auto-rigging skeleton to have the same number of spine joints, and
additional thumb joints so it conforms better to SmartBody default skeleton.
Still some gaze speed issues that needs more testing.
Fix the foot sliding when transition from posture to animation blend. The foot
trajectory is also enforced in the posture controller and the trajectory is
interpolated to ensure consistent foot positions.
