Better handling of OnCharacterDelete (was being called multiple times, once
when the character was unregistered from the system, and again when the
sbm_skeleton and sbm_pawn were deleted).
Attribute Editor should not handle removal of other SmartBody objects from
scene properly.
Still need to unify object creation/deletion and callbacks more formally.
