Better integration with SteerSuite; path is planned once, then closest waypoint 
is followed, rather than replanning entire path every frame. Results in 
significant speedup due to reduced requirements from planner.

Still some artifact when transitioning between the start->walk and locomotion 
blends - need to investigate
