Some remarks:
Attribute 241 (Total_LBAs_Written) seems to be in bytes, whereas 242 
(Total_LBAs_Read) seems to be in (logical) blocks (i.e. multiply by 4096 to get 
bytes) - since I've written and read the whole disk plus a bit.
Attribute 240 (Head_Flying_Hours) is definitly not hours per se (coded somehow 
since it gives kind of random data).
