By the way, I have been thinking of the end section of the winch line to be high start tube with a over stretch limiting line at its hollow core (or simply outside). This allow experimenting without having to swap the whole drum of line. But then the tube drag become the problem. :-) Once more, it is leagle to use stretching line? -YK Chan Seattle area.
