I took it upon myself to create this Google Group to replace the soon to disappear RCSE. I hope this will work out well to continue the fine work Mike has done over the last 10 years. Google Groups has done a great job with filtering spam and keeping the system simple to use. Please let me know if you have and further suggestions. I'm sure there will be bugs to workout.
