I doubt any such gyro exists.

Instead, what you'll have to do is get a mixer and put it in your
plane (on the two V-tail servos, and connected to the elevator/rudder
channels), and then you'll program your radio as if your plane had a
standard elevator and rudder.  And then put the gyro in between the
rudder channel and the mixer.  Mixers are pretty cheap and light, so
it shouldn't really be a big deal.
