Are you sure that you are using version 3.0 of the SOCI library?
This function has been added with the 3.0 release and did not exist in
earlier versions, which are still being distributed by other channels.
You have used the word "Session" with uppercase 'S', which also suggests
that you are using version 2.x of SOCI. All names in the 3.x version use
the standard (and Boost) naming convention, which is all lowercase.
If this is indeed the case, please consider upgrading to more recent
library version.
The most up-to-date version can be obtained directly from the Git
repository, as described on the SOCI webpage.
