OK, please skip the locale part, I had installed the oracle client with
italian locale, it was a matter of setting the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_orachome\NLS_LANG registry key correctly
Please apply the patch below, as it make compilation on windows VS2005
possible...
