Hi Denis,

I have promised to incorporate it, so I owe you explanation.
I won't be able to do include and the DB2 patch.

In future, I will likely be available to provide some very basic
maintenance, to apply
urgent bug fixes, but not to work on new futures and release maintain
maintenance.

In case a new lead developer appears, I may consider to get back to
this subject,
but no promises, obviously.
