Folks, After some longish thinking on my own and discussion with Aleksander, we've decided to move the development infrastructure of SOCI project over to GitHub (GH).
The idea is to move the Git repository and the Issues tracker to the SOCI organisation already hosted at https://github.com/SOCI The SF.net infrastructure will be used to host the following bits: 1. Mailing lists 2. Downloads 3. Website, soci.sourceforge.net, unless GH pages will prove superior and better to maintain documentation (e.g. as separate Git repo) I'm planning to complete the migration during next 1-2 weeks. I'd prefer to avoid long discussions on GH pros and cons, but if anyone has strong feelings migration to GH is a bad idea, speak up now, please. Dear SOCI committers, once migration to GH is finished, I will need your GH username, so I can add them to the organisation at https://github.com/SOCI Best regards, -- Mateusz Loskot, http://mateusz.loskot.net ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Don't let slow site performance ruin your business.
