Folks,

I'm happy to announce, SOCI has got DB2 backend included and it will
be released with SOCI 3.2.0.

Following my call, Denis submitted pull request with updated version
of his backend:

https://github.com/SOCI/soci/pull/76

I have merged it into the master.

The DB2 backend is implemented in terms of DB2 CLI API.

Denis has tested it on Linux, with both 32 and 64 bit instances of DB2 versions:
9.1, 9.5, 9.7 and 10.1.
I have tested it with DB2 Express-C 10.1.2 64-bit instance on Windows 8
and 32-bit binaries of SOCI built using Visual Studio 2012.

Anyone interested in DB2 out there? Feel free to test and give feedback
on any success or failure. Please, report any issues on the tracker at GitHub.

Denis, thank you very much for your efforts!

Best regards,
