[soft_radio] need some help starting winrad 1.61

hello I am totally blind
I use a screen reader that reads to me what is on the computer screen and I 
navigate the computer via the keyboard
can some one tell me if there is a keyboard shortuct to start and stop winrad, 
and to also go to prefferences to set up sound card etc?
I could really use some help getting my rig up and running
