OOoo missed the 'graphics' part - mine was a Commodore Amiga 500 and 1000 if I remember right, and the first modelling package I had was used by plotting on graph paper co-ordinates, then you enter these into the computer to make a geometry! Can't really remember the year.

What’s the oldest computer graphics system you worked on, and the year?

It doesn’t have to be 3D, it can be 2d, print, video, layout, etc. It just had to be a computer than did any kind of graphics.
