cd /usr/local
df -k .

It will tell you which filesystem to which /usr/local belongs.

I tried to find it like the following :
#more /etc/vfstab |grep user
#/dev/dsk/c1d0s2 /dev/rdsk/c1d0s2 /usr ufs 1 yes -
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s5 /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s5 /usr01 ufs 2 yes
logging
/dev/dsk/c0t0d0s4 /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s4 /usr02 ufs 2 yes
#more /etc/vfstab |grep /usr/local
But it didn't return anything.
Can you please show me the /usr/local slice ?
