Add spellchecker example

I got caught out by the wiki documentation last night whilst attempting to add
in spellchecker support. I'm still _relatively_ new, so I didn't quite get the
idea that you had to add it in to a requestHandler in order for it to become
effective. I'd like to propose adding a commented out example to
{{example/solr/conf/solrconfig.xml}} showing that this needs to be done.
