To reproduce:
- set dataDir to point to a directory that the current user has no access right
to (/solr/data, for non-root user, for example)
- change lockType to single
- start example web server.
The server fails with the following error message that indicates that it still
uses SimpleFSLock
Caused by: java.io.IOException: Cannot create directory: /solr/data/index
