Yes! That is the problem.
Here's what to do:
1) Stop your SJ server.
2) Copy a namer file from somewhere else into the _temp directory. You can take
any namer file and
put it in there. For example, there should be one in every subdirectory in your
archives/[archive
name] directory.
3) Re-start your SJ server.
