I ran Norton Antivirus, with updated virus definitions which include Sobig, and came up clean. For "fun" I even downloaded a standalone program from another antivirus company that check's specifically for Sobig. And I was clean there too.
I'm pretty strick about not downloading attachments, and I've actually never gotten a virus -- knock on silicon.

It's seems to be the "sobig" worms... It spreads only on windoz system.
So: Is there someone here running a windows computer ???
