So I couldn't ever get it to work within a reasonable time (i.e. within
4 hours) on my rlx machine, so I tried syncing from desktop which is
much more beefy. While it did get through the package linking in a
decent amount of time, by the time it go to the import errata stage, it
kept ballooning in memory to the point it was taking over 8 gigs of ram,
and the OOM killer kicked in and killed eclipse and a couple other things.

My Desktop is 64bit, but 8 gigs?? Something seems wrong.
