I too had the same problem of missing /usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT on my Spacewalk server. I didn't try to answer this question earlier with my solution because I suspected my solution was the wrong one, even though it worked for me. I ended up copied from /var/www/html/pub/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT. I needed to do that before any of my "rhnpush" commands would work.
