That will white-list every email that passes through a mailserver named xxxx.com.br.
If xxxx.com.br is your mail server name... then yes, you're whitelisting everything.
The point of whitelist_from_rcvd is to specifically pick a server that spam does NOT pass through. It's also very uncommon to use * for the From: part. Usually it's
whitelist_from_rcvd [EMAIL PROTECTED] internal_server_spammers_cant_use.surf.br
