You need to read the documentation. Spamdyke does not 'scan the email'. Spamdyke is *better* than spamassassin and clamav in the way that it BLOCKS most illegitimate connections *before* email is transferred. Based on what I just wrote, you can see that spamassassin and/or clamav need to be invoked *after* spamdyke does its work.
