Also, there is a qtp-install-spamdyke script which is part of the qmailtoaster-plus package (http://qtp.qmailtoaster.com). Just run the script after installing the package, and that's all there is to it. You can tailor the /etc/spamdyke/spamdyke.conf file to your liking, per the link sanjeev referenced.
