Dear friends and collegues, We are very happy to announce that our 5th event will take place at Splendor in Amsterdam on December 13th from 19:30 to 22:30. New Emergences is a lecture and discussion series highlighting the current debates around gender in electronic, contemporary and experimental music and sound art. The discussions will focus in, and will extend into the points driven by the keynote presentation, and will allow questions and comments from the audience. Keynote and event are held in English, however, for the discussions if you want to contribute in Dutch, please feel welcome.
