I was chatting with Spanky (from Burning Man in San Francisco) today,
and he would really like to participate in the calendaring sprint.
However, if Spanky is going to be involved (and I really would like
him to be able to participate), it can't be during the period Nov. 22-
Dec. 2 since he will be out of town then visiting family.
I'm also cc'ing the other known Plonistas in the Bay Area in the
hopes that some of them can make it (my apologies if you receive this
email multiple times).
PROPOSED DATES:
So the dates we are considering are:
Nov. 18-22
or
Dec. 2-5
Please respond to the calendar sprint list (calendar-sprint-
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) with your preferred sprint dates.
I'll have to change my Jetblue ticket (since the original booking is
for Nov. 21-30), but I think it's only $20 to change the dates
(assuming the airfare is the same on the new dates).
POSSIBLE LOCATIONS:
Spanky is checking to see whether we can use the Burning Man
headquarters to hold the sprint. The 3 other options that have been
suggested are:
- Spanky's house (can hold up to 20 people)
- CIGNEX in Santa Clara (have to check with Munwar Sharif first to
see if it's okay)
- Bill Fenner (fenestro) might have a location in Menlo Park
