Thank you for prompt answer and a ref to the issue case. That is helpful. 
Just to be clear - all the Job (PAJob, ManagerJob, EngineerJob) classes 
objects are using the same ONE 'job' table. In out case and the class only 
determine allowed values for some fields (validations basically). So i do 
not really need INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE statements.. The only thing i do i 
just make sure that the object passes new class validations and then reload 
the object into ORM. And that seems to be working well...
The only thing i wanted to check with SQLAlchemy team is that there is no 
plan of forbidding the "change of the class" by changing the "polymorphic 
identity" defining field?
