In the release notes themselves:

The sentence fragment “tab-completions…interfaces” was accidentally 
copied/pasted from the previous line:
        • Added the UNION virtual table extension. tab-completions for 
interactive user interfaces. This is a work in progress. Expect further 
enhancements in future releases.

This sentence is technically correct but reads really awkwardly; I suggest 
deleting the first “interfaces”:
        • Add new interfaces pointer passing interfaces.

Typo: “Futher":
        • The built-in date and time functions have been enhanced so that they 
can be used within CHECK constraints, indexes on expressions, and in the WHERE 
clause of a partial index, provided that they do not use the 'now', 
'localtime', or 'utc' keywords.  Futher information.

The various list items also disagree on tense, with some in present (“Add …”) 
and some in past (“Added…”), but I understand if you feel this is too nit-picky 
to be worth cleaning up :)
