It's freeware. It's a tool for programming rather than a compiled app. It involves no server/client setup. So 'support for SQLite' is normally in the form of advice to a programmer who wants to use it. There's never any reason to send an engineer out to a site. And with your good English I don't think you need support specifically in Mexican Spanish.
